General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the purchase of notebooks and other physical products that a consumer (§ 13 BGB) concludes with Arnela Halilovic, Gehspitz 8, 65760 Eschborn (the 'seller') via the online shop.

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with Arnela Halilovic, Gehspitz 8, 65760 Eschborn, email: zijad530@gmail.com.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer by the seller, but an invitation for the customer to submit an offer.

By clicking the order button 'Zahlungspflichtig bestellen' ('Order with obligation to pay'), the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The seller may accept this offer within five days by order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All stated prices are final prices. In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act, no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are added and shown before the order is completed.

5. Delivery and shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. We ship worldwide, in particular to all countries of the European Union. The estimated delivery time depends on the chosen shipping carrier and is shown before the order is completed.

6. Payment

Payment is made via the Shopify checkout using the offered payment methods, e.g. credit card or PayPal.

7. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until paid in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the separate withdrawal policy.

9. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product.

10. Liability

The seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the Product Liability Act, and for injury to life, body or health.

For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

11. Contract language

The language available for concluding the contract is German.

12. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which is, however, not used for this shop. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
